Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed with Corrugated box or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of corrugated paper to ensure the safest delivery. The packaged products come in Mystic Carat box.

Trusted Shipping
After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like Blue-dart, Delhivery and E-com Express to ensure we deliver you your jewellery securely on-time. International orders are shipped through the most trusted FedEx or DHL.Â
For any issues faced or assistance required with the delivery of your order, kindly contact our customer support.
Please note: In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

Happy Unboxing
Once your order has been shipped we will e-mail you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver you your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same.Â
It usually takes 48 hours for the domestic orders to get shipped.
